How to Sign Up for Cohort Meetings
Step 1: Create an account on the Training Hub
If you already have a Training Hub account, you do not need to create a separate one. You can skip to the next step. For those who do not yet have a Training Hub account, here is how you get one:
Start by going to http://dfl.org/training/
From there you will see two options, to make a Hub account or to log in. We will first cover how to create an account and circle back to the log in process for existing users.
To create a new Hub Account, select "Click here to make your account" as shown below.
Select Add to cart.
Next, you will select Training Hub Registration
You will then be directed back to a page very similar to the one before, and will again select Add to cart.
You will then be directed to a page that asks for your name and contact information (see below).
You will receive an email with further log in instructions from system@litmos.com. In the email you will be provided with your username (the email you provided) and a log in link. Save your username in a safe digital space, preferably a password locker. Click the log in link or copy it into your browser. Ensure that your first and last name are correct and enter a password. Again, save your password in a safe digital space, preferably a password locker.
You are now a registered Training Hub user!
Step 2: Sign up for the cohort
Once you are logged in to the Training Hub, you will need to find your cohort and sign up.
From the Dashboard (or "Home") page of the Training Hub, click "Content Library" as shown below:
From the Content Library, you will be able to search "cohort" in the search bar to find your cohort. Select your cohort from among the search results, as shown below:
Once you are on the page for your cohort, click on the "Start Learning Path" button, as shown below:
Congratulations! You are now signed up for your cohort on the Training Hub. Party Affairs staff will sign you up for all future cohort meetings, so you don't have to worry about signing up manually. You can also view all recordings of previous meetings and access any additional courses or materials linked on this page.
