How to Sign the Code of Conduct


  1. Go to DFL.org/codeofconduct
  2. Review the document
  3. Fill out your name and date
  4. Click on the signature box, use your mouse or trackpad to sign the document.
  5. Click on the dropdown menu and select the unit you are signing for. If you hold multiple positions, you will need to sign this document once for each position.
  6. Click Submit

Your name will appear on your units leadership list. After signing, check with your chair to make sure that your name appears on the list!
