You may run into cases in which you know the names of the people you would like to search in VAN, but they are not coming up on your list as intended. For example, you may see that a delegate's information is in your committee, but they are not showing up when you search by district.
Luckily, there is a workaround for this! You can add individual names onto the search you are creating and save the list for later. First, click the "Add Step" button found on the right side of your screen.
After this, you will want to scroll down to the "Name" section when selecting criteria for your search. From here, you can enter a person's name. You can repeat this process as many times as you need to.
Once you've run your search with these names included, you can save your list:
