Our highlighted How-To’s this week include Navigating the Freshdesk Knowledge Base and DFL VANual. We hope that you will take some time to navigate the Freshdesk Knowledge Base to familiarize yourself with our many articles. This is a great opportunity to learn more about tools you've used for a long time and to dive into our new email tool, ActionNetwork. Soon, you'll start to see videos alongside our written documentation for an enhanced learning experience. 

Updates to the MN Voterfile

As you’ve heard from our past emails, we receive individual level voter data from the Secretary of State right around this time. We have received partial data and want to keep you all in the loop. We will provide further notice once we have a more complete dataset. Please keep in mind that we are processing this data in as quickly as we receive it! 

VAN Access into 2021

 

You might have seen our past emails about maintaining access into 2021. We will be notifying you all with plenty of lead time when we have received all voter data back and the timelines for closing down old committees. However, if you would like to purchase your next period of access, we are able to provide that access now! Please reach out to us at voterfile@dfl.org if you would like to maintain access or have any questions.
