Updates to the MN Voterfile
With the end of another cycle, we are beginning our VAN “spring” cleaning. As users, you will have uninterrupted use of VAN while we do this maintenance. We anticipate all voter data to come back from the SOS office in Mid-Late January. Campaign user agreements mention that your service will continue through December 31st 2020. However, we will keep your committees active until we can provide all voter data to you. We will release further communication in January about access. On Friday, December 11th, 2020 we deactivated all user accounts that have not had a log-in since September 1st, 2020. When we return from Winter Break we will be deactivating all user accounts that have not had a log-in since November 1st, 2020. If you will be using your account soon, but have not logged in since November 1st, 2020, please take a moment this week to log in. Email us at voterfile@dfl.org if you have any log-in issues. If you can’t log in this week, please note we can always re-activate users at a later time.
For campaigns that are interested in continuing VAN access in 2021, we are excited to offer an updated VAN agreement for 2021. You will find a PDF version to fill out here. You can use a scanner app like Adobe Scan to scan the file back to us at voterfile@dfl.org. We will be able to provide pricing for VAN access as well! |
Winter Break 2020
If you’ve been around the DFL for a few years, you’ll likely recall that we take a short break around Christmas each year to rest and recharge. Our team will be out of office starting December 18th, 2020 through January 4th, 2021. In the meantime, you can still send us emails at voterfile@dfl.org, and we will get back to you when we return to the office in the new year! If there is any urgent matter, you can contact us at 651-300-2120. Please leave a message so we are able to get back to you with more information sooner! We cannot guarantee our normal turn around times during break and will do our best to get back to you quickly on January 4th when we return to the office.
