How do you check how many dials you or your team has made in a given day? How can you tell which counties you've dialed a lot this week and which need some extra attention?
Canvass results allows you to see your contact attempts in one place, broken down by organizer, home districts, committees, etc. Keep in mind that the numbers will be reflective of the attempts made in that side of VAN
In the main menu, go to Canvass Results
In the filter bar, select your date range (VAN defaults to yesterday), Contact Type, and how you want to group your results.
For example, if you want to see how many doors each organizer knocked last week, set your date parameters, set contact type as walk, and group by Canvasser, then click Refresh Results
Similarly, you can break down contact attempts by geographic location. Here are call attempts broken down by State Senate District.
This is a great at-a-glance tool for keeping track of how your field operations are going.
