If you have volunteers who'd like to use a paper list for phone banking instead of VPB, follow these instructions on how to print a list.

Load your list by creating a new list or, if you already have a saved list, go to your folders, click on the list you want, and click Load to My List.

From “My List” select “Print”

In the Report Format dropdown, select “!Paper Call List”

Under Script, select your committee's phone script. If you do not have a script, contact voterfile@dfl.org to set one up. In the Contacted How dropdown, select Phone. Under Title, name the phone bank something you'll remember.

If you'd like, you can use the Sort Order Fields to organize your list based on City, county, district, etc. The default is alphabetical order by last name.

Click Next, then click the link to go to My PDF Files. Click Download File next to your list name, and print it from your browser.

If you want to go back to print your list(s) later, you can find the My PDF Files tab on the Main Menu

Once you've finished the list, make sure to enter it into VAN within 21 days. You can read our article regarding how to enter paper list data here. For entering phone lists, Grid View is likely the easiest method.
